Join us in person at the studio or online via Zoom! If you're joining us in person, we'll be practicing around the backside of the building on our spacious and sunshiny patio (weather permitting). Make sure to bring your water & sunscreen!
This class is a bridge to help the student make the transition from Basic class to deeper practice. At this level the student is presumed to have a basic understanding of the sun salutations and simple ujjayi breath technique. The vinyasa practice is broken down slowly, allowing the student to increase his or her strength and flexibility gradually. New postures are introduced regularly and basic postures are reinforced.
