Join us in person at the studio or online via Zoom! In this weekend series we will be working through "set sequence" yoga practices including Ashtanga Primary & Secondary series as well as White Lotus Flow.
These fluid vinyasa practices are designed to restore and strengthen the entire body. Emphasis is on the breath with movement. This is a fun class for all. Be prepared to sweat!
If you're joining us in person, we'll be practicing around the backside of the building on our spacious and sunshiny patio (weather permitting). Make sure to bring your sunscreen!
